Eating healthy in college (dorm meals)

Eating healthy while living in the dorms can be difficult. You don't always have access to a stove or oven, and most on-campus food is not that healthy. I have put together what I eat in a day in college! Keep in mind, I change some things each day based on what I''m feeling!
Breakfast:
Every morning I have a bowl of gluten-free oatmeal. My favorite brand is the Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Oats. This is easy to make in the dorm because all you need is a microwave. This is the recipe I use:
1/3 cup oats
2/3 cup water
2 tsbp all natural peanut butter
1 banana
Oats are not only a healthy source of carbs, but when you add the peanut butter the protein keeps you full for a longer period of time!
Lunch:
Each day, my lunch changes up a bit. However, today I had a Harvest Turkey Salad from a shop on campus. I typically stick to vinaigrettes, mostly because some dressings have gluten in them, but also because they tend to be healthier than creamy dressings. Some days, depending on how hungry I am or if I have to eat on campus as opposed to in my dorm, I will switch it up. This could be a cup of fruit and a protein bar or sushi.
Dinner:
Tonight for dinner, I kept it very simple and easy. The Green Giant sells steamed vegetables in the frozen aisle that are SO easy to make! All you have to do is pop it in the microwave and they are ready to go. Tonight, I just had the steamed broccoli. I will normally pair this with either some brown rice or a protein. My favorite brown rice to get is Uncle Ben's because, once again, all you have to do is put it in the microwave.
I also make sure that I am drinking plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated and curb any craving. In addition, I will have a cup of coffee in the morning and a cup of tea at night. Staying healthy doesn't have to be hard when you're living in the dorms, stay tuned for some more easy-to-make dorm meals!
