2019: The New Year is Here!

Hello 2019 and Happy New Year!

2018 was a busy and fast-paced year for me. I completed my first year of college and just finished my first semester of my sophomore year. I am so grateful for all of the friends I have made and the people I have met. They truly have made my time in Oklahoma awesome! Reflecting back on last year, some of my resolutions were to live a healthier lifestyle along with writing down my goals. I did both of these things and it has helped me become more organized, active, and motivated which is so important as a college student.

My resolution for 2019 is being consistent! Yes, I worked out, ate healthier, and wrote down goals last year, however there were gaps. I hope to hold myself accountable for working out even on the days that I do not feel like it. Yes, I may be busy with golf and schoolwork and there will be days that I cannot go; nevertheless I know that if I want to stay fit and build muscle, I need to make time in my schedule. Last year, I feel that I did a pretty good job of eating nutritious food to help energize my body. I hope to continue this and learn more about nutrition and how to consume a healthy diet.

This year, I want to have a lifestyle where I radiate positivity while striving for my aspirations. I am excited for 2019 and cannot wait for the journey that this year will bring!
