Keeping Your Resolutions

This year, I'm getting serious. I am keeping my resolutions, and I have some ways to ensure that I do. I was recently scrolling through the App Store and found a new app called Fabulous. This app is so cool and has different "journeys" you can embark on to be a better you. The journey I am currently on is "An Unexpected Journey." My first task was to drink water as soon as I woke up for 3 mornings straight. The app sends reminders to your phone to keep you on track. Right now, I am on the Great Breakfast task that reminds me to eat a healthy, protein filled breakfast for 3 days straight. The goal of this journey is to feel more energized through healthy actions!
My second find is a new podcast called Good Life Project, which you can read more about here . Basically, each episode has a guest and there are lessons, strategies, and advice on achieving the life you've always wanted. They are inspiring and a great alternative to listening to music when you're on a long car ride or at the gym.
Lastly, keep your resolutions by doing it with a friend! I have found that when it comes to working out or eating healthy, I am always so much better at keeping it up when I have someone doing it alongside me. Challenge yourself and have a friend hold you to it!
